We made ON:GI for people who read ingredient lists carefully. Here are honest answers to the most common questions.

ON:GI bars contain no artificial fragrance, no artificial color, and no harsh chemical surfactants. They were designed specifically because skin during and after cancer treatment is often intensely sensitized. Our ingredient list is fully transparent so you or your doctor can review exactly what's in each bar.
Most conventional soaps are made by melting ingredients into liquid and letting them harden in molds — a process that is fast, but rough on the formula. ON:GI beauty bars are different. We do not use large industrial machines, because the heat and pressure they generate break down the active ingredients and make it impossible to maintain the pH balance we care about. Instead, each bar is shaped by hand, one at a time, to preserve a skin-friendly pH of 5.5–6.0 — close to your skin's natural level. We also use Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate — a coconut-derived surfactant that is significantly gentler than traditional soap — alongside hyaluronic acid, shea butter, and panthenol, which actively support the skin barrier rather than just cleansing it.
ARA is our everyday body bar — deeply moisturizing, universally gentle. SERA is for facial skin with redness or sensitivity. MOS is for deeper cleansing — oily or combination skin. HINO is specifically for scalp care — itchiness, flakiness, or imbalance. If you're unsure, the full gift set includes all four.
With daily use, most people find each beauty bar lasts 4–6 weeks. Storing it in a well-drained soap dish — somewhere it can dry out — extends the life considerably. Each beauty bar comes at 90g dry weight, which is a generous size.

We currently ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We are unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories at this time. Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $70.
SERA's calamine-based formula is more delicate than our other bars, making it too soft to emboss without cracking. The "Back to Basic" stamp may be absent or very faint — this is completely normal and does not affect the formula or quality in any way. It's simply a characteristic of what makes SERA so uniquely gentle.
